Everything is Bespoke to order therefore we allow a 4-6 weeks lead time. We can normally get things to you within the 4 weeks but this depends on whether the fabric is in stock.
Our standard delivery charge is £5.00 per order.
Fabric and Co. only delivery to the mainland UK, this excludes the Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Northern Ireland and all islands such as Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles.
We currently send out all of our orders using Royal Mail. Goods will require someone present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. We will always do our best to get goods shipped out to you as soon after you place the order as possible, usually within 2-3 working days. Please inform us of any special delivery requests before we despatched your goods. In the case of deliveries during the working week we would recommend you consider whether a delivery to your place of work would be more convenient. You can set up additional delivery addresses as part of the Online Checkout process.
Fabric & Co. hopes you are delighted with your purchase, if however, you are not entirely satisfied with your order there are two options for returns / exchanges for non fabric orders.
Non Returnable Items - All cut lengths of fabric are non returnable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the suitability of their chosen fabric prior to placing an order. This includes colour, composition, usability and quantity. It must be noted that it is likely there will be variations in fabrics from that of their samples, to that which is ordered. Due to the nature of fabric production and the timescales between sample requests and an actual order date, Fabric & Co cannot guarantee that there will not be variations in the fabrics, particularly their colour.
In every case please contact us prior to sending a return so that we can make proper arrangements. Goods returned without prior agreement will not be replaced / refunded.
With any returns please make sure you:
Before accepting delivery of goods/orders, it is the buyer’s/customers responsibility to check for any damage caused to either the packaging or content. In the event that a package is damaged please do not accept receipt of it and do not sign the delivery note.
We ask that you please inform us of any damaged or faulty goods within 48hrs of receiving them, in order to arrange for there return.
Please return these to us with proof of purchase, unopened, unused and in full re-saleable condition, within 28 days of receiving the goods. Please include with your return an indication of the replacements items you would like us to send out.
All returns must be adequately packaged as damaged returns will not be replaced. Refunds on non faulty returned goods will not include the original cost of post and packaging.
Once returned goods have been received by us we aim to process returns or exchanges as quickly as possible within a 28 day period. Any refund will be met through the original payment method.
Refunds for faulty good will include the cost of the original postage and packaging. Refunds for non faulty items will not include the original cost of postage.
In line with distance selling regulations you can cancel your order up to 7 days after receiving the goods. Please inform us of your wish to cancel by Telephone or email. For cut lengths of fabric we will do everything we can to process a cancellation before the fabric is cut from the roll, if however, cutting has occurred then a 50% deposit will be kept.
